Fake News

I'm considering making a second blog that gives fake daily or weekly news reports about events at my school. They may or may not be based on real happenings. So a bit like a local version of The Onion.
Any input, my dear few readers?

    1. But then all the "news" would get mixed in with everything else!
I think I'll start the new blog whenever I'm less busy and have a good name for it.

  2. Well, I've thought about doing extremely local news, like "5 BODIES FOUND IN LIGHT FIXTURE, NO PLANS TO REMOVE" or "GIRL ALMOST BREAKS LEG AFTER TERRIFYING FALL." I think your idea is better.

    1. Thanks! Your headlines sound extremely intriguing. Maybe we could do a combination of both ideas somehow. I'll mull over that...

    2. I have many Onion books at my house. We could use those for inspiration.

    3. Okay, that's good.
I'm considering calling it the Mobius News or something. We'd give only one side of the story, and Mobius strips only have one face. What do you think?

    4. No, the Onion always has conflicting sides, and articles that are all about two arguing people. It's one of the most interesting things.

    5. Unless of course, you have a better idea.

    6. I don't know how I would make things like the tripping on toilet paper incident into a two sided argument. I was thinking about having it a bit like a Welcome to Night Vale meets the Onion. So like using a "normal" newspaper tone to report extraordinarily stupid or unlikely events.

(I went ahead and made Mobius Strip News, but I might change it.)
